Nationwide Guitar Repair – No Matter Where You Are

At Southeast Guitar Repair, we’re proud to serve customers from all across the country – and beyond! We've had guitars come in from every surrounding state, and our farthest traveler yet has been from Norway. With more and more guitars being shipped to us each year, we’ve made it easier than ever for non-local customers to access Atlanta’s best luthiers.

Whether it’s a neck break, a fret dress, a re-fret, or a professional setup, we can handle it all, no matter where you’re located. Simply ship your guitar to Southeast Guitar Repair and we’ll return it to you with our renowned "Southeast Setup", delivered right to your doorstep.

Traveling for Repairs?

If you’re driving in from another state or have a long trip, you may qualify for our same-day Speeding Ticket Service. For more details, visit our Priority Appointment page.

We are also proud to honor Martin Warranty repairs, no matter which state you’re in.

Helpful Tips When Shipping To US

We often secure better shipping rates than what you'd find at the UPS Store, sometimes saving our customers up to 50%. Before paying for shipping on your own, contact us by phone or email to see if we can get you a better deal. We never mark up shipping costs for profit.

For a shipping quote via email, please provide:

  • Your drop-off location (local UPS Store)
  • Exact box dimensions
  • Weight of the package
  • Desired insurance value

Email this information to [email protected], and we’ll get back to you with a quote.
Whenever possible, we recommend using UPS, as FedEx and USPS are not our preferred carriers for shipping guitars.

Important Shipping Tips:

  • Always insure your guitar for its replacement value in case of loss or damage.
  • Include your contact information inside the guitar case.
  • Down-tune your guitar by one step.
  • We allow your guitar to acclimate to our shop’s temperature for 24 hours before opening the package. We’ll contact you once we’ve inspected it.
  • Mark the box with “Top” or “This Side Up.”
  • Be sure to place the shipping label on the top of the box, not the bottom.
